Our People and Culture Department are a key enabler supporting all services and people across Council to deliver on our Community Vision 2040 and transformation journey. The role:
Reporting to the Coordinator People and Culture Support Centre, this newly created position is a high volume, customer service oriented frontline provider of quality People and Culture services. The role supports leaders, employees and volunteers providing timely, accurate and informed advice, whilst coordinating and administering effective and quality services across the employee and volunteer life cycle. The role also actively contributes to developing and administering People and Culture policy/ procedure, process and systems and continuous improvement.
About you:
To be considered for these positions you will have demonstrated experience within medium to large organisations, operating in high volume HR service delivery, including coordinating and administering onboard, offboard and employee change processes. The ideal candidate will have an applied knowledge of HR policies, process and systems and supporting leader and employees to promote consistency, compliance and continuous improvement. A working knowledge of Oracle HCM and Learning are an advantage.
Key to the positions are highly developed organisational skills including the prioritising of workloads, managing multiple and demanding deadlines and undertaking administrative tasks. Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated customer service focus and skills will see you be successful in this role.
