YOUR DREAM OPPORTUNITY:
Due to our continued national growth, we have an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated and supportive sales team, providing bespoke and informative consultations to customers as they discover or design their dream engagement ring. Reporting to our Melbourne Store Manager, you will be working Tuesday to Saturday on a full-time, permanent basis from our flagship showroom located in the heart of Kew!
THE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE YOU OFFER:
We would love to hear from anyone who can demonstrate competence in the following areas:
- Proven experience in providing exceptional client care in a retail setting (high-end retail and/or jewellery would be a bonus!);
- Willing to work Tuesday - Saturday on a full-time permanent basis;
- A professional appearance and demeanour, and willingness to present in accordance with our grooming and dress standards;
- Excellent written and verbal communication styles;
- Outstanding time management and organisational skills;
- An eye for detail;
- Commitment to working with integrity and maintaining discretion; this could be a surprise proposal after all!; and
- Proficient with technology and systems
