We are looking for a strong candidate to join our Administration Department and your main responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities
- Assist to ensure all creditors invoices are processed and paid
- Assist to Reconcile creditor's statements on a monthly basis and attend to any discrepancies in a prompt manner
- Ensure all invoices are coded and forwarded to Department Managers for approval via our AP workflow system
- Ensure Department Managers are approving invoices in a timely manner
- Work in a small AP team as part of the administration team
- Monthly Vehicle Stocktake which includes InterstateTravel
- Relief Switchboard (Lunch and late shift)
- Any other duties that may be directed including assisting the accounts and administration department.
Skills & Experience
- 1 years minumum experience in an administration role
- High Attention to Detail
- Current Licence is Essential
- Must have own transport
- Ability to work within timeframes and meet deadlines
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with managers and staff on all levels
