In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, cultivating client relationships, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions that meet and exceed expectations.

Our Brisbane office is a great place to work. The team and culture are excellent - you will be joining an office of around 7 consultants who enjoy a collaborative and supportive approach to their work and like to have fun on the way.

As a Recruitment Consultant for PERSOLKELLY what can we offer you?

• Salary between $70K - $80K base + Super + Commission (depending on experience)

What will you be doing?

• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and strategic outreach efforts.
• Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique hiring needs and providing consultative recruitment solutions.
• Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
• Collaborating closely with the recruitment team to source, screen, and present qualified candidates to clients.
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial client engagement to candidate placement, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all stakeholders.

• Demonstrated success in a sales-driven role.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients at all levels.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
• Strong business acumen and a solid understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable, with a passion for delivering outstanding results.
