Your Responsibilities:
- Ensure a welcoming atmosphere by managing reception setup and signage.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in common areas, including restrooms.
- Manage guest check-ins for both spa and hotel, including verifying IDs and explaining hotel policies.
- Assist guests with filling out consent forms and provide brief product presentations for spa services.
- Communicate effectively with Therapists and other staff to ensure smooth guest experiences.
