About the role:
- You will engage in the complete assembly and installation process from plans or verbal instruction.
- Lead the team to achievement of quality workmanship within reasonable timelines.
- You will lead an installation team working on both new home & renovation projects.
- You will communicate with clients and contractors to guarantee client satisfaction and project timelines.
- You will consistently adhere to Work Health and Safety guidelines, ensuring strict compliance with policies and procedures on every occasion
- Certificate IV in Cabinet Making or relevant and proven experience (essential)
- You will have at least one year of installation experience (essential)
- You will have worked on both new home and renovation projects (desirable)
- You possess leadership qualities and have the ability to guide while effectively collaborating with the team
- You demonstrate sharp attention to detail, consistently ensuring work is executed to the highest standards.
