The Opportunity:

The Joint Data Network Trainer (JDN Trainer) position is responsible for the delivery of the Joint Data Network training continuum, on behalf of the JDN Training Cell (JDNTC), to a range of personnel including ADF, APS and Contractors.

Responsibilities:

• Delivery of the Joint Data Network training

• Conduct of pre-course preparation and administration (inc travel requirements IAW Client direction).

• Conduct of post-course administration (inc course conduct evaluation and continuous improvement).

• Update and maintenance of current JDN training courses ensuring best practice and continuous improvements requirements IAW SADL

• Apply analysis, design, and evaluation skills in developing new course material for the JDN training continuum

As the ideal candidate you will bring:

Essential:

• Demonstrated knowledge of tactical data links (TDLs) and experience using them in a Defence context (Mandatory)

• Knowledge of the Defence environment (Mandatory)

• Experience in delivering training in a military or defence (Desirable)

• Knowledge of the military planning process (Desirable)

• Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary training development models and/or defence SADL processes (Desirable)
