The Opportunity:
The Joint Data Network Trainer (JDN Trainer) position is responsible for the delivery of the Joint Data Network training continuum, on behalf of the JDN Training Cell (JDNTC), to a range of personnel including ADF, APS and Contractors.
Responsibilities:
Delivery of the Joint Data Network training
Conduct of pre-course preparation and administration (inc travel requirements IAW Client direction).
Conduct of post-course administration (inc course conduct evaluation and continuous improvement).
Update and maintenance of current JDN training courses ensuring best practice and continuous improvements requirements IAW SADL
Apply analysis, design, and evaluation skills in developing new course material for the JDN training continuum
As the ideal candidate you will bring:
Essential:
Demonstrated knowledge of tactical data links (TDLs) and experience using them in a Defence context (Mandatory)
Knowledge of the Defence environment (Mandatory)
Experience in delivering training in a military or defence (Desirable)
Knowledge of the military planning process (Desirable)
Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary training development models and/or defence SADL processes (Desirable)
