The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity to join us at The Northern Daily Leader as a Senior Journalist
This is the job you have been waiting for. It's your chance to set the agenda, and live in and love your community. The Northern Daily Leader has been an integral part of the New England and North West for over 100 years. Join our team if you want to be part of a genuine, growth-focused, caring environment.
The successful candidate will have;
● Strong news-gathering and writing/reporting skills and a proven track record
● A passion for telling the stories of local people and communities
● Proven skills in writing for online and social media audiences with tight deadlines
● Proven educational qualifications in Communications/Journalism
● The names of at least three referees to be supplied with application
