What could your day look like?

When we communicate with our customers via digital and human channels, there are multiple steps to get right before it lands. Like all data and information at ANZ we need to guard it to protect our customers, staff and shareholders.
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner, marketers, value streams, technology and risk teams to gather requirements and contribute to the roadmap
  • Build documentation across the marketing technology and notifications stream of work
  • Use data analysis to grasp needs, devise creative solutions, test and monitor performance, translate insights into practical actions, and collaborate with data analysts to make necessary improvements
  • Play a pivotal role in the delivery of PEGA CDH notifications by populating requirements, raising change requests, reviewing notifications and coordinating BVT
  • Uncover risks and sequence/map user stories to build process and controls so that we can proceed with building our communications solutions
  • Support Agile Delivery Leads with scrum master activities and help drive collaboration across the squad.
What's in your toolkit?
We work predominantly agile with a mix of complex orchestration across value streams and channels, you'll need to be comfortable in our fast paced, test and learn culture. You will have:
  • Understanding of notifications, marketing technologies and have a deep connection to customer experience
  • Experience building out complex requirements, processes and methods that meet business needs, data privacy, security and compliance regulations
  • Ability to understand data, solve complex problems, and collaborate with data analysts to create clear reports, insights, and action plans by combining information from different sources
  • Experience identifying risk and controls, creating process maps that are simple and re-usable
  • Documentation and communication of complex requirements is your superpower! We use tools such as, Confluence, Jira and codex to name a few.
As you design and automate notifications, the role could progress into a Martech SME, a Process Engineer, Senior Journey Expert or Business Analyst. At ANZ we have an enviable track record of promoting and moving people internally.
