Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to support our account team in managing client accounts. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, enthusiastic, keen to learn, and eager to get their start in the industry. As an Account Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the account team, ensuring the seamless execution of projects, fostering strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of Visualcom. You will get the unique opportunity to see creative ideas come to life, from initial concept to final execution.

What does the role entail?

  • Assist the account management team in day-to-day client interactions and communications.
  • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and feedback between clients and internal teams.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including briefs, schedules, and quotes.
  • Ensure all client requests and queries are addressed promptly and accurately.
  • Monitor project progress and alert the accounts team of any potential issues or delays.
  • Collaborate with creative, production, print, and signage teams to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and offer fresh ideas for client projects.
  • Assist in administrative tasks related to account management and project coordination.

What are the requirements?

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is ideal but not essential.
