About the Role
We are looking for a technology proficient, well-presented, and positive individual to manage efficient loan processing and client communications on a full-time, in-office basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collecting and evaluating client documents and information.
- Preparing home loan applications.
- Managing loan processes from submission to settlement efficiently.
- Regularly updating clients on their application status.
- Coordinating with clients, financial institutions, and other parties to ensure streamlined mortgage processes.
- Supporting various tasks, such as handling pricing requests and valuations.
