A bit about the role
As a Junior Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in fostering strong client relationships and driving business success. You'll collaborate with our talented sales and customer success teams to understand client needs, identify opportunities for growth, and ensure the seamless delivery of our solutions.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of our software solutions.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services to meet client needs and drive revenue growth.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively seeking feedback.
Analyse sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities and enhance customer engagement strategies.

We’d like you to have
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
Proactive mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in sales, account management, or customer service is a plus but not required. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
