We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. This role is crucial for maintaining our financial records, including expenditures, payroll, budget reports, and financial forecasts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and be ready to collaborate with various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable.
• Conduct regular bank reconciliations and bookkeeping activities.
• Support the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Help in the payroll processing and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
• Assist with audits and resolve discrepancies in financial reports.
• Maintain financial documentations and records management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous accounting experience is preferred, but not essential.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
• Excellent numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
