Our client is a Crypto Brokerage based in the leafy inner eastern suburbs of Melbourne CBD. Due to growth of the organization, they are seeking an Junior Accountant to come on board on a fulltime basis.
The Role
You will be reporting directly into Financial Accountant and you will be responsible but not limited to:
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Assisting with month end
- Assiting the development of cashflow and budgeting
- Journal entries
- Working with external auditors to provide the relvan documentation
- Ad-hoc projects and business analysis
The Candidate
- Proven track record in a similar role with audit experience desirable
- 2-3 years experience using Oracle NetSuit
- Intermediate to advanced in a excel and MS Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor of commerce (Accounting) or equivalent
- Experience in Cryptocurrencies is advantageous
