Job Responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Manage multiple email Inbox for invoices, correspondence
- Ensure accurate invoice supplier entry and tenant invoices
- Upload and processing client invoices to trust software
- Support team with daily and monthly trust bank account reconciliations
- Assist with email enquiries from clients where possible
- Basic email correspondence with clients as directed
- Ad hoc administration as required
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution skills & people skills
- Strong administration skills and ideally real estate experience
- Ideally a Certificate of Registration and experience with PropertyTree/PropertyMe
- Work from home 2 days a week, 3 days in the office
