The Role:
The firm are looking for a Junior Client Services Administrator to assist the wider team by providing administrative support. Reporting to the Client Services Coordinator, this is an excellent opportunity to kick-start your career and gain hands on experience in a professional services environment.
Responsibilities:
- Correspond with government agencies such as ASIC regarding client matters.
- Provide effective communication between clients, stakeholders and the wider accounting team.
- Assist with the preparation and processing of annual reviews.
- Processing lodgements of annual accounts.
- Ensure database is kept up to date regarding client information.
- Assist with client invoices and follow ups.
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support as required including reception cover.
Required skills / experience:
- Previous experience working in an accounting / financial services environment would be highly regarded.
- A friendly and professional demeanor, with excellent communication skills.
- Exceptional Computer Skills and ability to learn new software's.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
