Junior Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Junior Administrator / Receptionist to join our dynamic team.  In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support and serving as the welcoming face of our business.  Your primary duties will involve managing the front desk, greeting visitors, and ensuring efficient operations through various clerical tasks.

• Manage the reception area, greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner, and direct them accordingly
• Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and redirect calls as necessary
• Maintain a clean and organised reception area and ensure adequate stock of office supplies
• Assist with data entry, filing, photocopying, and other general administrative tasks
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and couriers
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth communication flow
• Provide administrative support as required

• No previous administrative experience required, all training will be provided
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities
• Exceptional customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Must have valid drivers licence
