This is a mentorship opportunity where you will be able to use your Tertiary Qualification in Construction Management or equivalent.
You will also be responsible for assisting the project team and getting the right experience for career growth.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Projects Managers and Contracts Administrators with all day to day tasks
- Assisting cash flow forecasting and ensuring cost codes are accurately maintained
- Maintain of formal notices and key correspondence
- Assist with sub-contractor and consultant liaison
- General administration duties
- Document Control
- Interpret plans and specifications to understand the full scope of works for the projects
- Ensure compliance and quality is met
- Assist with Progress Claims / Invoices
- 2+ years experience in Contracts Administration
- Would happily consider an intermediate Contracts Administrator
- Degree in Construction Management or equivalent
- Exposure to Health, Aged Care or Commercial projects
- Strong attention to detail skills
- A can-do attitude and be willing to go above and beyond to expand further on your construction knowledge
- Must live on the Sunshine Coast
