Hours: 40 hour working week - with some flexibility (Mon to Fri with half hour lunch)
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Invoicing
- Provide support to payroll team
- Arrange Travel/accommodation
- General Office Reception duties including :
- Reception, Petty Cash, up keep of office & staff amenities supplies
- Previous experience of administration gained in an office environment (ideally gained within the construction services industry, this is preferred but not essential)
- Previous experience with AP, AR and invoicing is advantageous
- IT literate with MS Suite
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow routine processes
