Working alongside a successful and established agent, you will be exposed to the entire sales process. You will have access to amazing resources, which will enable you to develop your career within the real estate industry.
- Attend sales meetings and team training
- Prepare for and attend appraisals with an agent
- Manage buyer inquiry
- Letter box dropping
- Open home and auction pack preparation
- Attend open homes and auctions
- Carry out private inspections
- Prospecting calls and database management
- Post open home follow up
- Attend photoshoots
- Learn to negotiate and close sales on your own
- 6 + months real estate experience
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration
- A great attitude and willingness to learn
- The passion for sales and hunger to succeed
- The confidence to talk to clients on the phone
- A valid drivers licence and reliable car
