Junior A.i Performance Analyst

We combine access to the best content in Australia, in a digitally lead, fast paced environment.We are currently recruiting a Junior A.I Performance Analyst is to provide insights and track performance of our A.I. driven 1:1 personalised pricing capability. Reporting to the Head of Analytics, Data Science & A.I. Performance, your responsibilities will include:

• Deliver data driven insights for the A.I. program, including 1:1 personalised dynamic pricing optimization
• Track the performance of the program, supporting a Senior Analyst with diagnosing and articulating underlying drivers, and provide operational teams with the intel for effective decision making
• Execute Kayo subscription performance reporting to support weekly business operations and bespoke insights initiatives to identify trends, patterns, and factors influencing customer retention
• Effectively collaborate with other teams to understand business drivers and share insights, including Finance, Data, Product & Marketing teams

This role will be ideal for a recent graduate or individuals looking to kick-start their career in the world of streaming and entertainment.Your experience and capability

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience building detailed data models and presenting complex data
• Demonstrated ability to influence and proactively manage stakeholders
• Experience with SQL, Python, R highly desirable
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI a bonus
• Passion for data driven solutions and how they can shape the future of our business
• Collaborative working style, engaging management, peers, team members and stakeholders to deliver outcomes
• Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment, able to prioritise effectively across multiple projects and be agile to move with adjusting targets
