JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Service both travel agents and direct consumers via phone and email
- Issue tickets
- Be confident and passionate about the airline's product
- No KPI's or targets to meet!
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Travel industry experience and/or recent & relevant completed studies
- Airline reservations experience preferred
- GDS experience preferred - Amadeus
- Passion for travel
- Excellent customer service skills
PACKAGE:
- Salary $50-52k + super + travel perks!!!
- Full-time
- Mon-Fri hours
