ABOUT THE ALLIED HEALTH HUB
Allied Health Hub Morayfield (AHHM) is currently seeking a junior Receptionist/Administrator who is passionate about patient-centred-care and has experience working with Allied Health professionals.
Allied Health Hub Morayfield is a newly established, fully integrated clinic. You will enjoy working in AHHM’s state-of-the-art clinic, located within Health Hub Morayfield. Our multi-disciplinary team consists of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Dietitians, Diabetes Educators, Exercise Physiologists, Speech Pathologists and Psychologists, with a diverse cohort of clients.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Junior Receptionist/Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the clinic. The ideal candidate will:
- Demonstrate a high-level of interpersonal communication skills
- Have a sound knowledge and understanding of the Medicare Benefits Schedule (MBS), the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA), and WorkCover
- Require multi-tasking, problem solving and time management skills
- Have previous experience in an Allied Health Clinic
- Have a high attention to detail and experience with Office suites
- Have a bright personality
