• No experience required, however if you do that's always a bonus.

• Are a keen learner and love to get your hands dirty diving deep into understanding new concepts. 
• Love a good to-do list - especially when ticking off within a day happens
• Are great with technology - everything we do here is in the “cloud” which means you will be using multiple pieces of software a day. 
• Pride yourself on your kick-ass personality.

We have a legendary team, and you will be empowered to bring your unique personality, skills and approach to take Illumin8 to new heights! Kate (head of bookkeeping - currently on maternity leave), Shane (Head of Ops & taking care of the team in Kate's absence), Andrew (Head of Purpose) & the rest of our leadership team cannot wait to see you kicking goals whilst we tackle our client objectives head on! 

On any given day you will find yourself: 

• Ensuring people get paid (dollar dollar bills yo).
• Finding unreconciled items & ruthlessly destroying them.
• Using tools like Xero, ClickUp, Dext, A2X and other cool bookkeeping tech.
• Supporting senior team members on client projects as we push forward to provide the best damn service our clients could hope for.

We have a pretty slick working space in Mornington, and of course, your home!! No matter the space, it’s all about empowering a productive working environment and we’re here to support our team through each step! 

(of note - given this is an entry level role - we find it best to ensure your first exposure to the world of bookkeeping is fully in person. The opportunity for learning by being around the team cannot be compared. As such - you need to be able to be in person in Mornington VIC for the first 6 months)
