About the Position
Currently an opportunity exists for an entry level Building Supervisor to work across contract housing in the Greater Brisbane area. Responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and scheduling trades and materials
- Customer service and resolving issues
- Meeting quality standards and OH&S
- Managing multiple house sites
- Ensuring time frames and budgets are being met
- Attending construction meetings
Skills and Experience
- QLD Supervisors Licence
- Carpentry Trade Qualified
- Supervising experience highly regarded however not essential
- Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills
- High level of professionalism and presentation
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- An ability to work on electronic platforms
- High attention to detail
- Quality and customer focused
- A passion for what you do!
