This role is based in our Head Office, St Leonards, NSW. The office is within walking distance from the train station. There are plenty of options for lunch and catching up with colleagues or friends after work. If you are keen on fitness there are multiple gyms and a sports field on our doorstep.
What you'll contribute to
Reporting to the Finance Systems Manager, the objective of this role is to provide:
- Maintain Corporate Finance applications static data.
- Business Analyst support to initiatives / projects.
- Document and maintain Finance Systems process and procedures.
- Adhoc reporting and assist in presentations.
How you'll make an impact
- Be the system administrator for the Corporate Finance applications.
- Support the Finance Systems team with documentation of processes and procedures using Promapp.
- Assist in building business case by performing deep dives and completing required documents.
- Reporting to evaluate initiatives’ effectiveness, tracking the benefits and progress.
- Look for continuous improvement opportunities (Kaizen) by engaging SMEs and to make recommendations based on the analysis and findings.
- Contribute to and facilitate the delivery of Corporate Services related business improvement projects, analysis, and operational business partnering.
- 2+ years within a Junior / Business Analyst position
- Finance experience is not a must but would be good to have
- SAP exposure will be beneficial - as you will be maintaining SAP (If not SAP - PeopleSoft or Oracle
- Comfortable with leading and initiating conversations with stakeholders.
- Passionate, people person, that has great communication skills
