Junior Business Development Manager

WOW Recruitment are seeking an ambitious and results driven Junior Business Development Manager to join their leading MarTech client based in St Leonards. 

• $70-75k + Super + OTE $100K
• Onsite position
• Pathway to become a Business Development Manager

Our client is a leader in the Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing space. With a core aim to achieve a return on investment for their clients, and add value to their business. Using their various in-house strategies and techniques they are currently achieving this for clients across the world in 20 different industries.

The Role:

• Run workshops for clients (Full training will be provided)
• Strong focus on networking ie attend 2x events per week, coffee catch ups
• Cold calling
• Market mapping 
• Warm leads provided through referrals 

About You:

• Face-to-face sales experience is highly advantageous 
• Enthusiastic and results-driven personality 
• Great communicator and able to develop relationships
• Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to work
• The ideal candidate is someone who is looking to start and excel in a successful career in sales
