Role Overview
- Actively contributing to the growth of the private lending book and network.
- Drive the growth of the business through the engagement of new partners/ broking and effectively manage existing client relationships.
- Collaborate with the support team to ensure a seamless loan approval process.
- Build effective relationships with the brokers and delivering exceptional brand messaging.
- Respond to lending enquiries and transaction scenarios with a problem-solving mindset.
- Keep up to date with emerging markets to identify future Business Development opportunities.
- Work closely with the broader team to ensure clients are delivered consistent and exceptional experiences.
- Execute sales strategies and grow the business portfolio.
- Proven track record of sales results within lending
- Bachelor's degree in finance or related field
- Genuine interest in forging a career within commercial property finance.
- Proactive and positive mindset with a drive to achieve results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales Experience within asset, residential or commercial lending is essential.
