Junior Business Development Manager - Private Lender

Client Overview
A growing private lending firm that focuses on providing commercial property finance to businesses, property developers, and investors are seeking a sales orientated individual to join the team. 

Role Overview

• Actively contributing to the growth of the private lending book and network.
• Drive the growth of the business through the engagement of new partners/ broking and effectively manage existing client relationships.
• Collaborate with the support team to ensure a seamless loan approval process.
• Build effective relationships with the brokers and delivering exceptional brand messaging.
• Respond to lending enquiries and transaction scenarios with a problem-solving mindset.
• Keep up to date with emerging markets to identify future Business Development opportunities.
• Work closely with the broader team to ensure clients are delivered consistent and exceptional experiences. 
• Execute sales strategies and grow the business portfolio.

Skills & Experience

• Proven track record of sales results within lending
• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field
• Genuine interest in forging a career within commercial property finance.
• Proactive and positive mindset with a drive to achieve results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales Experience within asset, residential or commercial lending is essential.
