Role Overview The Senior Researcher conducts quantitative research to support internal and external stakeholders, guiding decision-making and assessing organisational performance. The role manages end-to-end research projects and maintains stakeholder relationships. This is a six-month temporary position based in Sydney, with a possible extension to twelve months.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quantitative research to support strategy and inform decisions.
- Manage research projects from start to finish.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to understand research needs.
- Provide data-driven insights to assess performance.
Essential Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in market research, focusing on quantitative methods.
- Proficiency with tools like SPSS/Q, Displayr, Qualtrics, Advanced Excel, and PowerPoint (Q experience required).
- Strong project management and communication skills.
Location and Duration
- Sydney-based role with a 35-hour workweek.
- Six-month temporary contract, potentially extendable to twelve months.
