Associate Commercial Lawyer

Are you a passionate and skilled lawyer looking for an exciting opportunity to make a difference in people's lives? This reputable law firm is currently seeking a talented Associate Commercial Lawyer.

YOU WILL:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements, including but not limited to sales contracts, vendor agreements, and employment contracts.
• Providing legal advice and guidance to clients on various commercial issues, including contract interpretation, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
• Assisting with corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring.
• Conducting legal research and analysis to support client matters and stay abreast of legal developments impacting the business environment.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve client objectives and deliver high-quality legal services.
• Supporting senior lawyers with litigation matters, including pre-litigation negotiations and document preparation.

• 4-8 years post-admission experience as a qualified lawyer (More senior lawyers are also welcome to apply, if you would like to grow your career)
• Experience in all aspects of Commercial Law
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

• Reporting to and working alongside the managing director and will be joining the corporate and commercial team
• Reasonable and achievable billing targets
