A leading branding, digital, marketing and advertising agency located in Fortitude Valley, Qld with a diverse and exceptional client base, offers the opportunity for a Junior Client Service Executive to develop and grow in this important position.
Skills and Experience:
- Completed a university level Degree in Marketing, Advertising or Communications.
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Have attention to detail and a high-standard quality of work.
- Ability to handle multiple projects whilst keeping them on-time.
- Clear and efficient communication.
- Be interested in the full spectrum of the marketing mix.
- Solid critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- You’re a bit of a perfectionist… without going overboard.
- Have an enthusiastic and positive attitude.
- Be pedantic with spelling and grammar.
- Be flexible and innovative with a capacity to think outside the box and problem solve.
Responsibilities
This is an exciting, entry-level opportunity for a recent graduate who has a passion for branding and advertising.
- This is a critical role to support the client service team utilising processes and systems to help everything flow smoothly.
- You will be responsible for day-to-day administration and co-ordinating projects through the agency.
- You will work as part of the team across: strategy, brand development, design, advertising, paid digital, built digital, social media and more.
- Quality-control deliverables.
- Making sure there’s timely communication between teams.
