Junior Client Services Manager: South America Operations

Duties
- Developing and reviewing policies and procedures concerning all aspects of Client relations with a focus on South America Operations
- Managing and motivating staff members to ensure all team-members deliver an exceptional level of customer service at all times
- Fostering operational efficiency within the South America customer service team
- Resolving and responding to escalated customer enquiries, using strong interpersonal skills
- Work closely with all areas of the business, to identify and respond to customer expectations
- Planning and implementing after-sales services to follow up customer satisfaction, ensure performance of goods purchased and modify and improve services provided
- Directing and motivating team members to ensure all KPIs are met
Required Skills
- Bachelor Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service
- Spanish language skills are required to effectively deal with South American Client Base
- Demonstrated capacity to develop and implement effective customer service solutions tailored to the industry and business requirements
- Understand project management principles and practices
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Attention to detail
Remuneration will be $70k+
