Position:Junior Contracts Administrator
Are you ready to kick-start your career in the construction industry? Brightwood is seeking a Junior Contracts Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in planning, delivering, and supervising various projects from start to finish, ensuring the highest standards are met across all aspects of each project.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Construction Manager, Estimators, Project Managers, and Site Managers.
- Assist in the administration of variations, safety documents, RFI’s, and contractors.
- Assist in conducting tender review feedback to contractors.
- Assist in responding to tenders
- Coordinate necessary documentation for the tender review process.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a junior capacity within Contract Administration, preferably in Commercial Fit Out, Industrial, Retail, Health, or Education sectors.
- Ongoing study within the Project Management or Construction space
- Exposure to Design & Construct and Hard dollar tender processes is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Procore & Microsoft Project is a plus.
- Basic understanding of construction procedures, material management, and project management principles.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Attention to detail is essential.
