As a senior Contract Administrator, you will leverage your 5+ years of experience in Commercial Construction to oversee and drive the quality, safety, and financial management of projects. Working on small and large-scale commercial new build projects valued circa $15Mil - $45Mil+, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring project success while upholding our commitment to excellence.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee quality, WHS, environmental management, and financial management aspects of projects
- Manage project procurement, subcontractors, and supplier administration
- Administer contracts, including claims, time, and financial management
- Provide coordination and engineering support to the site manager
- Manage project financials and reporting using Jobpack, CHEOPS or similar administration
- Mentor, develop, and delegate tasks to Contract Administrators and Cadets
- Act as Project Manager when required
- Contribute to the ongoing development of project administration systems and contract management
- Chair meetings and maintain communication with clients and consultants to enhance project outcomes and relationships
- Prepare, review, and submit project deliverables
Role Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience working on medium to large-scale Commercial & / or Residential apartment projects
- Possession of relevant construction-related qualifications
- Experience working on projects valued between $15Mil - $45Mil
- Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in supplier management, negotiation, and contract finalization
