About the Company:
We are a privately owned construction management company. Our project portfolio comprises bespoke commercial fit-out works for the Tier 1 hospitality venues in Sydney coupled with occasional residential works. Our office and factory is in Matraville where our friendly and supportive team work closely with the director to deliver successful projects.
We are looking for a candidate with an architecture/drafting background.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Assist Project Managers with all general duties including but not limited to the following:
- Entering Purchase Orders / Executing Subcontract Agreements
- Processing Subcontractor / Supplier claims and invoices
- Drafting Invite to Tenders, Developing Scope of Works
- Executing Tender Evaluations
- Assist with tenders & estimating
- Assist with Programming of Projects
- Procurement
- Assist with submissions of Progress Claims and Invoicing with Accounts
- Compiling and submitting RFI’s, Variations Claims and EOT’s.
- Liaise with clients / suppliers / stakeholders / Foreman
- Assist with WHS and ongoing implementation
- Attend site for inspections with Project Manager for client meetings, subcontractor meetings and co-ordination meetings.
- Assist with monthly project forecasting.
- Design documentation
Salary package will be negotiated depending on individual experience and is in the range of $50k - $70k pa.
