Junior Contract Administrator

CONO Services is a rapidly expanding civil construction company with a strong emphasis on quality, integrity, and professionalism. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Contract Administrator to join our team.

Duties to include:

• Assistance in preparing monthly construction claims to our clients.
• Issuing and managing EOT’s and NOD’s to clients.
• Auditing of daily site dairies for errors and omissions
• General document control.
• Following up outstanding payments of construction claims with clients.
• Raising purchase orders, data entry of supplier bills and reviewing bills for approval.
• Assist with review of both upstream and downstream contractual agreements.
• Preparation of tender package documentation.

You will have:

• 2 - 4 years of experience in building or civil / infrastructure sectors.
• Competent with MS Excel & MS Suite
• Bachelor of either commerce, construction management, engineer or similar
• Fluency in the English language
• Experience with Procore is desirable but not required.
