AddressOn behalf of our client, a highly respected commercial construction company in Sydney, we're seeking a talented and organised Junior Contracts Administrator to join their growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate (or someone with transferable experience) to gain valuable industry experience and play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of their projects.
Your responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation and administration of construction contracts (subcontracts, consultant agreements, and supply agreements)
- Manage contract variations and claims processes
- Maintain accurate contract registers and filing systems
- Provide top-notch support to project managers and Contracts Administrators
- Handle project correspondence and documentation
- Stay on top of the latest construction legislation and industry best practices
To be successful, you'll ideally have:
- A Trade or Tertiary qualification in Construction
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- A keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A willingness to learn and a proactive approach
