We’re Two Tractors. We’re an advertising, content and production agency with a focus on quality storytelling and a great client experience. We offer clients more than talent; we offer them passion and enthusiasm. Competition in our space is fierce so we retain business by servicing clients with positivity as well as expertise.

We’re working with leading brands across retail, corporate, FMCG, health, automotive, pharmaceutical and food and beverage. Our work is a mix of advertising, digital content and corporate comms. Our key skills include all creative, design, shooting, editing, 3D animation, 2D animation and sound design.
WHO ARE YOU?
Maybe you’ve just finished your Advertising degree, maybe you’ve recently done Award School, perhaps you’ve got a year or two under your belt already… whatever the case, you’ve got a whole lot of enthusiasm to be the best copywriter you can be.
You’re a positive person with the ability to handle, and prioritise, different projects at the same time.
But most of all, you’re a good person with a great attitude and a desire to create some top-notch ideas with a good bunch of people right behind you.
WHAT’S THE ROLE?
We’re looking for a Junior Copywriter who is confident enough to tackle a brief either on your own, or alongside our senior team.
You’ll be developing ideas across all mediums, crafting copy that really connects, writing TV and video scripts, headlines, social copy… you name it, if you’re willing to roll the sleeves up, you can get amongst it.
Either way, you’ll be learning from a couple of creatives with a tonne of experience, and a keenness to get you involved and lift you up at any opportunity.
You’ll be working closely with our clients to help solve their problems with the creativity we possess. And you’ll be presenting your work to clients within a really supportive environment.
WORKING FOR TWO TRACTORS
At Two Tractors, we know we can’t do this without our team, so we look after them.
We’ve got a really eclectic mix of big and small clients, and we’ll have you working on all them – we never want anyone to get bogged down working on just a small handful of clients.
We’re located in a small pocket of Richmond surrounded by fantastic amenities. Cafes, pubs etc are all just a minute’s walk away. We’ve got a carpark if you drive. We provide lunch every Friday, endless snacks, coffee from a fully-plumbed café standard machine and a spacious, light filled environment.
We work from home on Mondays, and in the office from Tuesday to Friday. But were not watching the clock and encourage a life outside of work.
