At Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen, our mission has always been to reinvent fast-food. We're Australia's only fast-food restaurant to be 100% clean, meaning there are no added preservatives, artificial flavours, added colours or unacceptable additives in our food. We are currently looking for Junior Crew who can work between 10-20 hrs per week!
We love people who love hospitality and we love working with you to build a well rounded business, with supportive operators and people leaders. This is an exciting opportunity for people who come from all kinds of experience levels, whether that be management or crew, or maybe for people who are looking to get into the workforce. Whatever it might be, we have a position for you!
GYG Fairfield will is set to open in August, with training set to commence straight away. Our opening team is mission critical in setting up our restaurant for success, and we need you to help us.
Our Crew members are the life blood of GYG. You are on the front line, greeting customers, taking orders, rolling burritos, re-stocking the fridges, basic food prep, wiping tables, and learning other roles across the team. You'll get exposure to every aspect of what goes into running a busy, GYG business.
Experience is helpful, but it's not everything. What we mean is:
- Experience in hospitality venues or fast paced environments is great but not essential
- You're open to coaching, eager to learn and ready to put in the effort
- 'Can do' attitude and can be relied upon to follow through
