Junior Designer

About the role

We are on the hunt for a new Junior Designer to join Bastion Experience. This is a fantastic career opportunity to be a part of our creative team working on several key clients from an integrated marketing perspective.

Working with an inspiring team of passionate creatives, you will be designing and delivering a range of custom digital, print, and experiential event design, across a diverse mix of market leading brands. Reporting to the Mid-Weight Designer, creative collaboration is part of our DNA, working daily with the entire creative department and wider Bastion business units.

Requirements

• Design qualification
• 1-2 years of industry experience preferred, with a portfolio of excellent work that reflects your understanding of both creative and commercial objectives
• Established skills in Adobe creative suite, any level of CAD design / SKP experience very favourable
• Experience in or a passion for event design / visualising spatial concepts
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver design work autonomously
• Your work will demonstrate quality concept-driven design and innovation
• Ability to thrive in an agile environment, working efficiently to promptly meet various deadlines
• Designs and ideation are fresh and engaging, able to cut through the noise and clutter and connect with target audiences
• Portfolio of your recent work shared with your application**
