Creative Team LeadJob OverviewWindsorborn is seeking an exceptional graphic designer to join our creative team with an engaging, creative portfolio that shows strong conceptual ideas and an ability to work across both brand and digital projects (includes social media assets in all formats, presentation decks, storyboarding, digital banners etc). The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital design and a strong understanding of social media trends and engagement strategies. This is the perfect role for a junior designer ready to take their next step. 

About You:

• Junior to Mid-weight level, must have 2-3 years experience, ideally in an agency environment.

• Have the ability to take creative briefs from the account management team, think conceptually and take projects from creative idea-stage through to completion.

• Has experience with motion design (Adobe After Effects etc), successful applicants will have relevant examples of work that moves.

• Will continue to stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, design tools, and technologies to ensure creative assets are engaging and relevant.

• Will have a high level of attention to detail.

• Will have an infectious passion for what you do.

• Will have a desire to be challenged and learn from others.

• Are naturally curious and have a collaborative mindset — unafraid to ask questions and be respectful of the role that everybody plays.

• Confident presenting to colleagues and clients.

• Very organised, sociable and engaged with current trends.
