We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior Executive Assistant to join our Alvarez & Marsal office in Sydney. This is a unique opportunity to join our team from the beginning and help to build our culture and ways of working.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide calendar and travel management to Managing Director/s.
- Processing time and expense reports, drafting and editing correspondence, scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, travel arrangements, shipping materials, etc.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings including but not limited to team meetings, full staff meetings, all hands meetings, off-site meetings, one-on-one meetings, etc. (in person or virtual room set up, meal / gift ordering, etc.)
- Effectively interface with employees from other business units within A&M and senior executives both inside and outside the company.
- Assist with onboarding process for new hires, and offboarding process for exiting employees.
- Planning, coordinating, and executing special projects and events.
- Support senior Executive Assistant team were required e.g people on leave etc
- Be a strong team player and have the willingness to step in and get your hands dirty to work with the EA team in a timely and efficient manner
- Curiosity to continuously acquire new competencies and accept new challenges.
- Strong problem-solver.
- Strong relationship management skills, ability to build a personal network throughout the company as a trusted team member
- Competent computer skills including working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite is highly desirable
- Previous experience in administration and or/EA is desirable, but not a necessity
