We are a boutique Financial Planning office located in the beautiful beachside town of Pottsville NSW, seeking a motivated Junior Financial Planning Assistant on a permanent part time basis approx 30 hours per week. Salary is negotiable dependent on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Administration support to our financial advisers
- Maintaining client records via our CRM (Midwinter)
- Document preparation and advice implementation including lodgment and follow up of applications
- Collection of research on client's existing products
- Generation of insurance quotes
- Preparation of documents for client review meetings
- Assisting to answer client queries
- Scheduling client appointments
- Preparation of compliance related documents
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the Financial Planning industry or similar role
- Experience using Midwinter or similar CRM software an advantage but not essential, training will be provided for the right candidate
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong communication skills and the ability to take inbound and make outbound calls
- Willingness to learn and grow with the business
