The Opportunity:
We're seeking a results-driven individual passionate about driving exceptional customer experiences at the intersection of science and service. As our Customer Success Champion, you'll bridge the gap between our internal teams and valued clients within the health and safety industry. This pivotal role will ensure seamless customer journeys, enhance operational efficiency, and contribute to our long-term growth.
What You'll Do:
Customer Experience Champion: Be the trusted point of contact for our clients, proactively guiding them through onboarding, education, and support. Build lasting relationships to foster loyalty and uncover new opportunities.
Internal Operations Optimiser: Maintain accurate pricing, collaborate with inventory teams to ensure stock availability, and streamline processes for increased efficiency.
Data Translator: Analyse customer and sales data to identify trends, optimize operations, and drive informed business decisions.
Technical Knowledge Bridge: translate complex information into clear explanations and user-friendly resources.
Problem Solver: Own customer inquiries and complaints, finding swift resolutions and advocating for continuous improvements to our service.

Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical field, or equivalent experience in a customer-facing role within a scientific/technical industry.
2+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, or a similar field.
Familiarity with inventory management and pricing best practices.
Proficiency with CRM software and data analysis tools a plus.
