We are a leading sign manufacturer which handles projects from concept to design, manufacture and right through to installation, all in house. We are a family business and have been in the industry for over 20 years and operate two separate E-Commerce site selling small personalised items and packaging which run along side our core business. We have an array of machinery here which allows our staff to learn so much in an industry that is so diverse.
About the role
Key Duties Include:- Design and edit artwork using briefs supplied by our clients
- Create proofs for approval by our clients and liaise with them until sign off
- Communicate with our sales team and production team on a daily basis to keep projects updated
- Manage our social media pages with content and enquiries
- Handle phone calls and walk in enquiries
- Utilise your creative skills to create new designs for our e-commerce site
- Manage content along side our external web development team
- Handling online orders including delivery tracking
- Willingness to help in production and packing when there is an overload of work

You will be working within a fun team who enjoy coming to work on Monday as much as they like going home on a Friday. We are a well established family business so we have a great working relationship with each other and love a laugh. Our e-commerce sites are a new addition and you will be joining at the right time to be a big part of the rapid growth of that business.
Skills and experience
To be suitable for the role:- Very high attention to detail
- Be punctual
- Skilled in the Adobe Suite
- Have at least 1 year of design experience
- Ability to handle pressure and work with tight deadlines
- Willing to learn and expand your skill set
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Have the ability to think outside the box and be a real problem solver
- Grasp the design concept as a finished product. You will see your designs come to life so envisioning the concept and how it gets made and installed is a must in the industry
