Due to an exciting project underway, Iron Mountain is rapidly expanding and seeking multiple Mailroom Team Members to join its friendly team.Your New RoleAs the Mailroom Team Member, you’ll play a pivotal role onsite for one of Iron Mountain’s key clients, ensuring smooth mail and package operations. This full-time temporary role, Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm, presents an opportunity for permanency for the right person.Your main responsibilities will include:

• Organising mail sorting, collection and distribution.
• Receiving, sorting, recording, and distributing mail and deliveries.
• Performing general office administration tasks and additional duties as needed.
• Scanning, filing, and retrieving mail documents.
• Assisting the Team Leader in collating mail and courier data.
• Adhering to company WHS procedures.

About You

• Previous mailroom experience.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise.
• Basic-intermediate computer skills.
• Self-driven with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
