We are seeking a Junior Design Engineer that would like to get their foot in the door. They must have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, a strong team player, and effective time management skills. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, proactive, and dedicated to delivering high-quality work while demonstrating a passion for continuous improvement. Responsibilities include understanding and implementing relevant code standards, designing and explaining concepts, utilizing design and construction programs to meet deadlines, incorporating feedback from construction and modeling teams, reviewing documents for accuracy, actively participating in Design & Coordination meetings, and ensuring all work meets the "workshop drawing" standard for construction team execution.
