Swift ICT is a small ICT company that provide IT support to small to medium sized businesses across Perth. We have been in business for about 4 years and we have happy customers that will continually use our services. We're a growing business with a bright future.
Qualifications & experience
- We're after junior staff that are willing to learn.
- Completed at least Tafe Certificate IV Information Technology.
- Any other IT qualification that will show us your interest in the IT Industry.
- Application open to Perth, Western Australia residents only.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Manage incoming IT support tickets. Some clients has Service Level Agreement that requires 1 hour response time from the time they send ticket requests.
- Solving simple customer requests such as email password reset.
- Remote Monitoring and Management of client's computers. We monitor client computers and if there are any issues, we can see it on our dashboard and solve the issue before it degrades.
- Ongoing training to upskill and increase your experiences. We have tools that will increase our efficiency when utilised properly. We need someone that can learn on the job and make use of the tools to make the job easier.
- Liaise with customers about the IT issues and able to ascertain what is the expected outcome from the customer.
