Qualifications & Experience:
- Good understanding of modern Microsoft operating systems
- Experience with 365, OneDrive, SharePoint, and MS Teams
- Networking and routing knowledge
- Hardware build and fault-finding experience
- Experience with user security and backup systems
- Experience with active directory and user management
- Great communication skills
- Good written & verbal communication skills
- Australian drivers license
- Good time management skills
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Arrive at work on time and with a positive attitude
- Greet co-workers and customers in a friendly manner
- Understand the urgency of IT problems for customers
- Determine the root cause of issues
- Suggest solutions with approximate pricing and timeframes
- Document work and settings data in the ticketing system and customer database
- Explain the work done to the customer
