Reporting to the IT Manager, you will consistently develop your Technical skills to provide IT support for PC Hardware & laptops; desktop applications and peripherals.
Each day will be different handling;
- Customer service & support via phone and email
- Ticket management
- Troubleshooting and problem solving
- Hardware troubleshooting
- System setup & deployment and more…!
Ideally, you will have:
- Experience building custom PC’s
- Desktop/ application support knowledge/ exposure
- Tech savvy with a passion for all things IT!
- Excellent communication & organisational skills and a great work ethic
